Cookies policy

  1. The Online Shop does not collect any information by automatic means, except for information contained in cookie files.
  2. Cookies  are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the final device of the Customer and are designed to use the pages of the Online Shop. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookie files on the Customer’s end device and accessing them is the Seller in accordance with the regulations of the Online Shop.
  4. Cookies are used for the purpose:
    1. adapting the content of the pages of the Online Shop to the Customer’s preferences and optimising the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow for recognition of the Customer’s device and appropriate display of the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs;
    2. creation of statistics which help to understand how the Customers use the websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content
    3. maintaining the Customer’s session in order to make it possible to return to the content of the shopping cart.
  5. The following types of cookies are used within the Online Shop:
    1. “session” (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer’s terminal equipment until logging off, leaving the website or switching off the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored in the Client’s terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the Client;
    2. “indispensable” cookies which enable the use of the services available in the Online Shop, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication in the Online Shop;
    3. “security” cookie files used to detect misuse of authentication in the Online Shop;
    4. “efficiency” cookies which enable gathering information about the manner of using the Online Shop’s websites;
    5. “functional” cookies which make it possible to “remember” the settings selected by the Customer and to personalize the Customer’s interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or region from which the Customer comes from, font size, website layout etc;
    6. “advertising” cookies which make it possible to provide the Customer with advertising content more suited to his or her interests.
  6. In many cases, the web browsing software (web browser) allows the storage of cookies on the Customer’s terminal equipment by default. Customers may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement in the Client’s device each time.   7. Seller informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available in the Online Shop.
